The campus at IIT Bombay is huge and got modern labs and classrooms. Libraries are full of books and online stuff, high speed internet everywhere. Labs have good equipments for research in computer science. Its nice but sometimes crowded. Hostel rooms are okay, not fancy but clean. Overall, infrastructure help a lot in PhD work.

Hello, at IIT Bombay, most JEE Advanced AIR 1 toppers prefer Computer Science and Engineering CSE due to its excellent placements, high salary packages, and global opportunities. Other popular choices among top rankers include Electrical Engineering EE and Mechanical Engineering ME, but CSE actually, consistently has been the go to choice for the top candidates.
