It totally depends upon your interest. If you are too determined that you want to persue your career in CSE, then i would suggest go for IIT jodhpur. However, if you are not sure about it, then i would suggest go for IIT BHU as its a better one.

Its unfair to compare a well established college like nit warangal from so many years with a just established college with just a iit tag.

Sorry you have less chances to get it. According to previous year cutoffs it was 415 for MSC chemistry (closing rank). So hope you gate it.
