My jee advance rank is 2800 so cse at iit jodhpur or mechanical at iit bhu which is better

Hello!
It totally depends upon your interest. If you are too determined that you want to persue your career in CSE, then i would suggest go for IIT jodhpur. However, if you are not sure about it, then i would suggest go for IIT BHU as its a better one. Moreover, mechanical is a really good branch.
