I have got 31 sml in NT C category(mht cet). Can I get B.pharm in ICT? What will be fees for B.pharm?

According to the last year, the State merit cutoff rank was 118 for NT category and the cutoff marks were 150. So, there's a good chance that you might get ICT.

Make sure you look for proper cutoffs according to Quota (General-G, Ladies-L, etc), category (Open, OBC, SC, ST, etc). Here all seats are state level.
So, as you belong to the NT category look for GNTS for cutoffs in general quota.
