NIOS board is recognized by all universities and education institution in India. So, you can of course get admission in LPU with your NIOS board results.

LPU provides scholarship upto 90% or full tuition waiver for board toppers(top 20 %ile in your respective 10+2 boards), orphan students, students with benchmark disabilities, defence personnel's children(CAPF personnel) and many cocurricular achievements in sports or bravery awards. Also, a student’s scores in different national level tests like JEE Mains, and LPUNEST make them eligible to a certain percentage of scholarship if applicable. Along with full fee waiver, the student would also get to avail a free stay in an air cooled four seater room in the residential facility or a free facility of transport. The scholarship can only be availed by Indian students. So, if you have top 20%ile results in NIOS boards, you can enjoy full fee waiver with other privileges too. To join for CSE in Lovely Professional University you should score minimum 60% in xii STD and you will have to appear for the Lovely Professional University National Eligibility and Scholarship test also. In LPUNEST you should get minimum 45%.
