Yes,it is mandatory for you to have passed 12th with PCM as your subjects so as to get admission in the provided colleges.Also some of the above have a particular qualifying criteria that you need to have in the 12th.

College provides scholarships on the basis of 12th merit, college level entrance exam and national level entrance exam.
