Based on many factor's like placements , infrastructure , campus life , academics , and other facilities LPU Phagwara is best then Shri Govindram Seksaria Institute of Technology and Science, Indore (Also known as: SGSITS INDORE)

SGSITS established in 1952 in 36 acres where as LPU in 2005 with 600 acres and the average package in LPU is between 4-5 lakhs where as in SGSITS is 3-4 lakhs

These both colleges are quite different.G.L Bajaj is affiliated to government university but LPU is a deemed university. G.L BAJAJ is a better option for those who don't want to go far from their native place. 

If someone wants to join LPU then it is also a good college. Placement packages of LPU are little higher but you can get a better job here also.

BITS Pilani is better than Lovely Professional University, Phagwara. BITS is reputed Institution and one of the best Institution in India compared to Lovely Professional University, Phagwara.

The college environment and infrastructure facilities are also good in this college. First of all, I would like to tell that the Lovely Professional University ( LPU) is a private university situated in Jalandhar, Punjab, India. The university was established in 2005 by Lovely International Trust, under The Lovely Professional University Act, 2005 (Punjab Act 25 of 2005) and started operation in 2006. And, In addition to the regular courses, LPU also offers a number of distance education programmes via Lovely Professional University Distance Education (LPUDE). The University conducts Lovely Professional University National Eligibility and Scholarship Test (LPUNEST) for admission to most of the courses.

And yes the LPU provides the online course for BBA regular but for the admission you'll have to fulfil the eligibility criteria of the university and the course that is being provided by it may not be fully online may be the rules has been changed now.

Actually lovely professional university is very good university iits in India in the basis of placement record. Doing MBA from LPU will really worth. The faculties at too good. The the placement rate is about 95% from here to various MNCs and companies. The average salary is is 6 to 7 lakh per annum.

The admission of LPU is based on the interview after qualifying LPUNEST its own entrance exam only. To apply for the programme you should have minimum 50% in your Graduation. LPU is good college in term of placement.
