LPU’s infrastructure feels more like a technology township than a typical university. High-end computer labs, innovation centers, libraries, and digital resources are easily accessible, making it convenient for MCA students to practice, experiment, and work on real-time projects without infrastructure limitations.
The academic structure emphasizes application over rote learning. Courses are designed to expose students to modern technologies, coding practices, and project work. Faculty support varies, but students who actively participate in labs, discussions, and additional certifications gain strong technical clarity.
Placements at LPU offer wide exposure rather than easy assurance. A large number of companies visit the campus, especially for IT and service-based roles. However, competition is intense, and MCA students who build strong coding skills, internships, and portfolios benefit the most.
LPU offers value through opportunities, not shortcuts. The fee justifies itself when students fully utilize campus resources, training programs, and industry exposure.
College life at LPU is energetic and diverse, with constant events, clubs, hackathons, and cultural activities. Interaction with students from different backgrounds adds to personal growth, while the busy campus environment prepares us for professional life beyond academics.
LPU felt like a platform of possibilities it provided scale, exposure, and resources.
1.Yes 2.All the facilities are well maintained and As for hostels, we find shops like tuck shops, laundry, and salons within the hostels. Libraries are open until 12 midnight, and we also have discussion rooms and study rooms.
1.I am doing Bachelor and Architecture because it is my interest. Quality of teaching is best. Issues with our teacher are also given attention. 2.Yes I think my curriculum is updated and includes all the recent developments in the field
1. Yes 2.I don't know what percentage of students get placements. The highest placements are probably for students with CS. 3.I don't know what the average salary is offered. I don't know about placements yet.
I'm currently in 3rd of bachelors of Architecture. I am here to share my honest review about Lovely Professional University. In my 3 years of college experience, I must say , the campus is incredibly beautiful and about my hostel experience, Rooms are good and rooms are cleaned timely. We have system called rms where I can register any complaints either academics or repair work. It is done normally in 2 days. Here our all problems are generally solved on time. Coming to academics, Faculty are supportive and available to help us anytime, but sometimes, there is a issue like some faculties are new , so they don't have much experience, so they are unaware like how they can solve our issues . You have to be active on college apps for all information, otherwise you may missed any important updates.
The main issue I'm facing about academics, some faculty are new , don't have experience about teaching. Sometimes they neglect student problems.Sometimes we asked for reference, but they don't help us , like they told to search in libraries and on internet, we know it clearly that if we are facing any problem in how to make architectural sheets , so they should help us as architecture is something that we never study in our school times especially about construction details and drafting.
The college placement is high , in my course 90% of students are placed . Famous architecture firms that cone here are hafeez contractor, sanjay puri architects etc .if I choose placement option and submitted for placement fees, there is high chances that you are going to placed , rest confidence , consistency and how to present yourself in interview matters .
My fee for one semester is 1 lakh 20 thousand whole 1 year fee is 2 lakh 40 thousand, so I applied for scholarship exam that is lpunest where I got scholarship of 45% on my overall college fee , after that now my fee is 66000 per semester. With that I am spending 90,000 on my hostel room of 3 persons per year and 5,000 per year on laundry services.
Campus Life is good , you can get tasty and affordable food at various food courts of the campus. There is a build names as DSW where to learn activities like dance , singing , painting and many more which really help people to socialise and make friends beyond their classes. Teachers and staff are supportive, they respect your thoughts, and try to help you in best way they can. This college is in Phagwara, punjab . This place is really safe and for girls too.
LPU’s campus is huge and well built, almost like a small town. There are big academic blocks, computer labs with enough systems, libraries, food courts and places to sit and relax. Wi-Fi works most of the time, and labs are good enough for coding and project work. Everything you need is available inside the campus itself.
In CSE, the subjects cover programming, data structures, databases, web development and new tech topics. Classes happen regularly, but learning depends a lot on how serious the student is. Teachers help if you ask, but you can’t depend only on lectures. Final year focuses more on projects and real skills. There are coding labs, hackathons, workshops and online courses. Many students work on projects, certifications and internships along with college.
Placements are good in numbers, but results vary. Many companies come to campus, especially IT and service-based companies. Some students get good packages, some get average ones, and some look outside campus. Your coding skills, projects and confidence matter more than anything.
Fees are on the higher side, but facilities and exposure are also big. If we work hard, learn skills and use campus resources properly, the experience feels worth the money.
Campus life at LPU is very active and lively. There is always something happening events, fests, competitions or club activities. we meet students from all over India and even other countries. Hostel life teaches independence, and friendships make the college journey memorable.
LPU is a place where opportunities are everywhere, but success depends on how smartly and seriously you use them.
The campus is very large and well planned, with modern classrooms, advanced computer laboratories, high-speed internet connectivity and a well-stocked central library. Dedicated blocks for computer applications provide a professional environment suitable for technical learning.
The curriculum covers core areas such as programming, data structures, databases, web technologies and software engineering. Faculty members are generally supportive and encourage practical learning through labs, projects and continuous assessments
Placements for MCA students at LPU are average to good. Many IT and software companies visit the campus for recruitment, offering roles such as software developer, tester and technical analyst. While some students secure good packages, placement outcomes largely depend on skills, project experience and interview performance.
The fee structure is comparable to other private universities, and the infrastructure, exposure and placement support justify the investment for students
Campus life at LPU is vibrant and diverse. There are numerous technical events, cultural fests, clubs and student activities throughout the year. Students from different states and countries create a multicultural environment, which helps in overall personality development.

It has a good opportunities, great professors and provides education in terms of holistic development, along with academics, students personality will be developed as well. It also has great infrastructure and facilities.
Quality of teaching and research is quite amazing, highly educated and professional academicians are there to guide and mentor. Curriculum is updated, along with in class teaching, field exposure will be provided.
Most of us are get placed in great places. Through out the year placements and placement training going on. Even being an alumini they help to find a job opportunity, and it applies on all fields from IT to MBA to social Sciences.
It provides scholarship upto 45% and other academic benefits as well. We can say it is worthy experience.
Campus life is thrilled, from guest sessions to concerts, learning professional skills to cocurriclar skills, there are wonderful options.
the college has all the necessities an d could be considered as a mini city in its own as we have more that 55 buildings with 8 to 9 floors each inside the campus. We have different courses and students from across the globe. There is facilities of lecture halls , classrooms, labs of different sorts sports ground, mall , hospital and hypermarkets for different needs, etc. Regular inspections are done that is why everything is hygienic as well as secure.
The course structure is well defined and changes timely as per the industry trends to keep the students skill ready for early placements. Apart from that it also provide tuition classes for preparation of government exams for the interested candidates. If somebody needs extra classes for any subjects to keep up with the course that is also given one just need to enroll for it.The faculty is supportive and quality of teaching is good.
Placement rate is generally more than 96 percent other than that we have mock interviews and separate classes to prepare for the interviews. Comparies comes from Microsoft to mass recruiters for taking the students. College is very supportive of placements even sends you to company if required other than that they are very strict for the attendance of the drives and regular exams are taken to check the preparation of the students. Maximum is 3cr. and average is 8to 12 lakhs ctc as for the salary.
It took around 2 lakhs for me per year including all the living cost as well I even received some concession due to my scholarship. It is worth it due to diversity of the campus and opportunities like semester exchange program and placements where I can sit shortlisted genuine companies.
Student engage in open mics, student clubs where they can organize events and learn overall management. Other than that on regular basis we have multiple competitions which happens inside the campus then we have food courts where student can own their particular stalls as well.Everything is inspected regularly and there are multiple guards to ensure the safety at all times.
