Fee reimbursement option is available for those students who belong to economically weaker sections(ews) of general category with income less than 8 lakhs. In TS EAMCET the rank below 10,000 you can get full fee reimbursement and if you score rank above 10,000 you can secure 35,000 fee

Considering you are from West Bengal State and have the Home State Domicile Quota, and from General Category the last cutoff at Electrical Engineering IIEST Shibpur this year was 23.4k, while that at NIT Durgapur EE was 29k. So you see you need a minimum target of 20k in JEE
