Well if you have any interest in computer science and engineering then I would say go for NIT Durgapur because of two reasons.

Firstly it is far better than NIT Andhra Pradesh located in tadepalligudem which is very new and does not even have a permanent campus or ameneties. So

It has good placements.

You home state quota will depend upon your domicile state. If you are currently living in West Bengal then you can avail the home state quota, or else not.

Since your OBCNCL certificate is from Jharkhand and if your domicile is Jharkhand, then you aren't eligible for state quota
