i have obc NCL certificate from Jharkhand but my state of eligibility is west bengal can i have home state quota in nit Durgapur under obc category

Hello,
You home state quota will depend upon your domicile state. If you are currently living in West Bengal then you can avail the home state quota, or else not.
Since your OBCNCL certificate is from Jharkhand and if your domicile is Jharkhand, then you aren't eligible for state quota in WB.

sir i have given my 10th and 12th from West Bengal currently residing here only will I be able to get benefits of both obc and homestate? please tell, (i am a domicile of west bengal)

In many sites like quora and career 360 itself and also josaa business model it is written that the state of eligibility is decided for homestate and not the obc certificate
