2. CS at IIEST Shibpur
3. CS at BIT Mesra

IT at IIIT Allahabad is quite good.

You can get PG at near area.There are several monthly paying guest near every area

NIT durgapur is a better institute than NIT jamshedpur. But if your home city is near jamshedpur, you can choose jamshedpur. Otherwise durgapur is a better option.
