2. NIT Jamshedpur
3. NIT Agartala
the locking of college preferences has been till 17th november. Hopefully you have filled in the same order. If not you don't have to worry as NIT jamshedpur and agartala are almost similar

If you are college specific, then NIT Jamshedpur/ Raipur are better than NIT Srinagar in terms of labs, faculty and ranking.
But if you're branch specific; Then you should CSE Branch as average Package is 7.3 lakhs in Nit Srinagar.
Cse branch has more career options than metallurgy.

IIIT kancheepuram is a good college as compared to other NITS and also all IIITS are having great placement record. So according to your question I will prefer you to go for IIIT. Try to search which IIIT is having metallurgy. Because this subject has a good scope

The campus is very large with a lot amenities and facilities. There are different blocks, libraries, canteen, sports arena and places in general for the students to hamg around. In campus hostels are available.
A huge campus sprawling over an area of around 300 acres. Lecture halls are nice and spacious, with air conditioned rooms, with smartboard facilities. Labs are good and the campus has a lot of greenery.
