No site or PESSAT office websit give the last year cutoff so we check where you get the seat or not ,But its a low rank accourding to me for a seat in PESSAT.

CSE - Closing rank 920; ECE - Closing rank somewhere around 1500. according to some

With a rank of 990 you may be able to get CSE branch in PES University according to final round ranks from previous years which closed at 1000.
