College is best in infrastructure, facilities and equipments compared to other colleges in race. V have several food centres which are pretty good .v do get non-veg in some of them.. And v have enough number of libraries among which 13th floor library is fantastic place to study... There are many hang out places..there is a cricket ground. V do have wifi in hostel.
I am first year computer science student.. quality of teaching is good but for me in first year I couldn't connect to there teaching as I didn't have thorough knowledge about the all the subjects v had... Yes Curriculum is updated and includes all the recent developments in the field
I don't have clear knowledge about it as iam first year student... But pes university is famous in karnataka for 99% placements. In 2019 the highest placement went to computer science student and the amount was around 49k.
It depends on through which exam u joined college . I was through kcet so my fee was 1,10,000
College campus is good except for its construction works which will be going 365 days. U need to always carry ID card with u.and Students can engage in any activity they wish ... Teachers are very professional. The place where college located is safe and it can handle emergencies v have ambulance available in campus. Only problem is with kengeri mori which flows behind college stinks badly
If ur agenda is to enjoy ur engineering life pes is not the place for u. If u want and study and along with that enjoy u can opt pes
Yes , our college have all the necessary infrastructure. Our classrooms are very well designed.Classrooms are very spacious. We being students of PES university have access to class room videos which will be recordes during our class hours. We also have the facility of Wi-fi.We have a very big cricket playground. The dorm life is also very fun.Food is hygenic but you cant expect good taste
I am currently studying B.tech 1st year(ECE).Faculties here are highly experienced and the teaching is just awesome.I truly prefer this college for you.Once you complete your 3 years you wiĺl be perfectly prepared for your job.
Placements are quite good.Nearly 85 %of the people are placed. The highest salary package was offered to CSE student. Our college is really supportive regarding all kinds of problems. We get the job offers from really top companies
My course costs around 3,20,000per year as i came through pessat.People who are opting to take a seat by KCET it costs less.I feel i am getting my moneys worth.Me being in the first year i get to do all kinds of projects and learn new stuff and this is what everyone needs.
Campus life is pretty good. You get to meet a lot of new people.Teachers are really bery friendly. The campus is really safe. You dont need to worry about your safety. It can handle all sorts of emergencies.
We also have a separate course called "IO" which is a 4 week course which offers students to learn new topics and do projects related to them
College is going through lot of construction work so the condition of college building as well as infrastructure is not too good but college offers many other opportunities as it is located in one major cities of India
College has many good faculties but you will be asked to attend 85 percent of the classes which will make your life hell as you won't get time for other extra curricular activities and any passion you want to follow
Placements are good for IT companies as it is located in one of the tech hub of India but for core it sucks as not many companies from core come to college. So it will be good if thinking for IT otherwise a big no for pes
It's value for money as you will get many opportunities throughout your college life but you need to convert them in offers to get successfull and be the best in your field . At last its good of you are good.
Campus Life the programs and fest keep on happening throughout the year which will keep you busy and make you feel better and Happy . At the end you will feel you have invested your 4 years in some good place.
The college Infrastructure is not as good as the college seems. There’s no greenery and construction is going on always which makes the campus dusty. But the classrooms are very good and have good facilities.
The academics are pretty good here . The courses are up to date according to the recent developments in the field and the professors are very knowledgeable and expert in their field. I am studying CSE.
Large number of companies come for placements and offer good packages. The average package is between 5 to 8 lakhs. But internship offers are not so good . You have to look for opportunities yourself by research and other acitivities .
The college infrastructure is really nice. However, because of the construction going on, the students have to take different routes to reach their block. The library and study space is really nice. The washrooms can be a little more clean.
The teachers are good. The syllabus however is a little tough. For some students, it might feel like a cake walk. For me, personally, it is not. The teachers teach well and the smart boards are put to use.
I am a first year B.Tech student and I don't know much about the placements. According to the seniors, it is very good and almost every student gets placed. The salaries is of all ranges. All top companies do come here.
The fee varies for everyone. It depends on how you get in. Through CET, PESSAT or management.
Campus is good and the location is safe. However, there is a drain near the college. I wish it would be closed so it would be perfect
College is very small when compared to RV or RAMAIAH .The college is still building and the costruction is incomplete. The construction is happening very fast.By two or three years the building is about to complete.Library is very well maintained.
The academics is good. The teachers are very encouraging and they motivate and help you to take projects.Especially the cs teachers are very good and they are very supporting. Most of the proffessers are doctorate or phd and they have very good teaching carrier history
When it comes to placement,CSE has very good placement history. So if you arepalnning to take CS it is not bad.The highest package was 47.8lakh per annum and average was i think itt was 10-15lakh per annum. The intership offers are very good. There is microsoft innovation lab and all other workshop lab which helps You in placement.
I came from K-CET So if you are coming from cet it is 62000 fro general and alll others except SC,ST and 1G where it is 43000+48000 extra fee which is more i think. THe if uyou come by pessat then it is 3 lakh per annum. If you are cming by management then it is 7lakh per annum.
College is very strict.Attendence is compulsory 85%.Even if you attend any workshop or competetion then the chance of getting the attendence is very low.
OVERALL IT COMES TO PLACEMENT AND TEACHING AND TIT IS NOT BAD
The college is in construction and as buildings are coming up, there is a lot of dust flowing around the campus and the campus is not big enough to experience true college life. But it provides all the necessary facilities so it is fine. It has new labs which are always updated and the WiFi is all over the campus. Hostels are well constructed and as an hostellite I am contended.
The academics has always been good here and the syllabus is always updated. I am pursuing a course of computer science and engineering and I am very well satisfied about the curriculum here. The teachers are well experienced and many of them are also have completed or pursuing thier pH.D. The study will definitely make you job ready.
The placement here are little lower than the top college -R.V college of engineering. But the no. of people how complete the graduation are high and thus it makes you placement ready. In computer science branch, 189 people got more than 8 lacs per annum, and around 100 people got above 4 lacs per annum. Microsoft had taken 11 people from our college.
As I came by CET , so I didn't pay much amount , only 65,000 approx + 48000 college fees. But by PESSAT, you have to pay 3.2 lakhs per annum. So if your are passionate about your course , you can get dreams fulfilled.
There are many activities conducted in this college and there is every opportunity provided where can you show your talents.
The construction is happening but no ground to play very consisted ground. All buildings very less greenery library is very well equipped but lost of dust due to construction . Parking lot is playground for us
Nice faculty for CS. I don't know about about other branches.Even there is course of Io where u could start doing your minor in first year first semester itself. And you have chance of teaching junior in 1 SEM and teachers are not bad.
CSE has a good placement ratio. One of them got a package of 50lakh per annum and some of them are doing their masters in prestige university like Stanford. So if you are getting CSE then it is not bad in here also after nitk it is one of the best engineering college in Karnataka
CET fee is 62k.but another 48k is taken so it is more I think when compared to other college like RV OR RAMAIAH
Not so adventures here.
yes the college has all the necessary infrastructure and the labratory equipment are also the latest ones. the classrooms has live camera to record all the lectures that go one through out the day and it is made available to us the very next day by a service called as impartus . the mess food is also very clean and hygenic
im currently studying computer science and the computer science teachers in pes are extremely good and are very well versed in their subjects and the quality of the education imparted to us is also of high level.the computer science syllabus is updated every year but the basics remain the same
computer science department has the best placement records in this college and even has the highest number of seats for this branch. last year 98.7% of the students who sat for placements were placed in the tier one companies .the placement cell of pes is highly supportive and does appropriate counselling also before placement
the course is costing me 1,18,000 per year as im through kcet exam. for students who come through pessat exams the fees is 3,20,000 per year. for the fees im paying right now ,i feel that its worth the money
the campus is always filled with action and fun activities all throughout the year.the seniors host a whole lot of events and its very fun.there are many clubs u can join based on your choice. the support staff is very helpful and the college is capable of handling emergencies
yes the college has the necessary infrastructure and all the basic facilities a student might require at any given point of time. All classrooms are equipped with smart tvs and there are two massive libraries where u can spend ur free time reading and referring to books. The mess food is also pretty decent enough and the college is pretty clean too
Im currently pursuing my btech in civil engineering. I was interested in civil since the start and this college also offered the branch so it was like a dream come true. The quality of teaching here is pretty high .All the faculties are highy knowledgeable and teach with a lot of patience.the curiculum has been pretty much same since the last two years
the quality of placements for my department is pretty decent enough and not that fancy. But if you opt for any other branch like cse, ece , eee, the placement statistics are extremely good. if you complete your mtech too from this college then u might have a pretty good chance of landing a job in a big mnc
im currently paying 3,20,000 per year as ive come to this college through pessat exam. if you come through kcet then the fees is relatively very less. i dont feel its worth the money because 3 lakh is a huge amount per year as fees and i feel that this college can offer a lot more for the fees they are taking
the campus is pretty big with a lot of open spaces but they havent utilised the open space in a proper way.there is just one tree in the whole campus.apart from that the campus life is pretty amazing. There are many clubs the students can join and many activities are hosted by the seniors and the students activiely participate in them
ull have a lovely experience here
