Yes, the college has all the necessary facilities. Department has well-equipped laboratories and infrastructure. Classrooms are well-maintained. Library facilities are also there. There are hostels available for both boys and girls and they are separated. Wi-Fi facilities are available. Overall clean and well maintained.
Some teachers are a gem to learn from, but most of the teachers don't have a proper knowledge of the subject. Most students resort to self-study. The curriculum is up to mark and follows the modern norms.I'm pursuing a Btech in ECE because i've always been fascinated by electronics and like to play with circuits.
The college is known for its placements. All the branches of college are trained via placement training cells prior to placement opportunities. They are trained in subjects such as aptitude, public speaking , personal interview, CV making etc. The campus is visited by many major players of the market and take deserving candidates.There are mass recruiters too.
I pay 2.5L per year based on my entrance exam ranking.I definitely feel that i'm getting my money's worth because the quality of education and facilities are good.The fee can go as high as 3.5L due to the entrance rank.

The college has an excellent infrastructure, with proper educational facilities and hospitality facilities. For practical’s the lab equipment’s are latest and well maintained. For me the college has one the best library facilities in the country. Proper cleaning and hygiene is maintained.

Counsellors are available to guide students and share personal issues. From entertainment to extra-curricular or even religious pursuits, there's never a dull moment on campus. It's a 'mini India' out here at the SRM university campus - with students from all over India and other parts of the world.
This is one of the best colleges in Chennai with excellent infrastructure.There are great facilities right from sports to laboratories.The equipments are maintained very well and lab apparatus are calibrated frequently.The classes are spacious and have smart boards.They are used regularly by faculties.The hostels are clean and the food is satisfactory.

Regarding placements from the things I have seen I can say well most of the people get placed but only a few get into the companies related to the subjects that they are studying for 4 years(core companies), in other words getting into core companies is a tough task.
2.5LPA,but they will provide you with ample amount of sources and opportunities to Excel so that you are competent enough to face the real world .And they provide you with facilities to choose your faculties which helps you to gel well and study in an proper and planned manner.
Campus life is awesome.There are various clubs students can enroll themselves into based on their interests.The campus is large and has several eateries serving a wide range of foods.We also have a in-campus SUBWAY(Restaurant) The location is safe and can handle emergencies.Its well connected to interior chennai.
The infrastructure of the KTR campus is the best among the other SRM campuses. For the freshmen year, the classes take place at the University Building for all departments whereas for the other years at Tech Park or High-Tech block. The classes in Tech Park has no AC, with some broken chairs and unhygienic toilets. Hostels are decent but very overpriced, the mess food is manageable.

The Course cost in SRM IST is pretty high especially when you don't manage to get a rank under 15,000 as the cost of tuition fees increases drastically after that mark.I am on the fence about whether I am getting my money's worth. Mostly I feel that I am.
The campus life is fairly nice. It has a good food court, a playing ground and more than enough student clubs for any sort of interest a student can have. The teachers are also supportive you even get attendance for events you attend as part of a club. SRM can most definitely handle emergencies as there is a hospital within the campus itself. Aaruush, the tech fest and Milan the cultural fest, the campus is always buzzing.
