To be honest you won't get any seat in IIITs or NITs. For VNIT nagpur closing rank for OBC-OS was- 10262 for metallurgy.

So if you consider that 145500 students appeared for exam than general percentile crossponds around 99 percentile. And for OBC you may get it for 98.75
