Sorry to disappoint you but ,To get vnit nagpur at this score is too difficult

A formula is given by National Testing Agency to calculate rank in Jee mains .The formula is No of Candidates appeared in session /100*(100- Nta score ).

So the no of candidates apperared in exam were 869010 .So your rank will be 630988

If the no of students in April session changes to 120000 then rank can vary and will be accordingly to the formula

120000/100*(100-Nta score )

To get vnit nagpur your rank should be within 7000 and then you can easily get vnit nagpur .

Try your best in April attempt and score best than January session of jee mains.

You haven't mentioned your Category but in 2019, the cut offs for various categories for both Male and Female Candidates for Home State and Other State Candidates is as follows:

11380 to 11700 and according to your percentile you will have a score more than 50k, so you don't have any chances at all.

At 92.7 percentile in jee mains your expected rank will be between 63,437-63,837.
Last year closing rank for admission in Electronics in VNIT for obc ncl other state candidates was 3671.
Therefore your rank will not be enough for admission over there
Therefore I will suggest you to prepare for April session of the exam.

Percentile is not important here. Your rank will be the major factor for admission. Candidates having 98% also can't join NIT campus as their rank will range above 20k in VNIT.

IF your rank is below 2k then you can get admission at any NIT campus and in top demanding branches. For general CSE branch the rank cutoff is :- 5927 for male and 8390 for female.

Hope you are doing well! You are not eligible to take admission in NIT but you are eligible for IIT. Diploma holders are eligible to get direct admission in second year of B.Tech or B.E. through LEET exam. LEET exam is conducted for Diploma holders who want to get admission in B.E or B.tech courses. This is national level exam. But you can also apply for state level exam.
