You have not mentioned your category and state so it is difficult to answer you.You may not get this college if you belong to general catgeory based on 2019 cut off trends.However, cut off is subjected to change it may increase or slightly.

see if you have passed b.sc course in mathematics/ physics/ chemistry/ computer science and should have mathematics as a subject in your b.sc course you are eligible to apply for btech course from direct second year. there is lateral entry entrance test, which is conducts in state wise, bsc pass candidates may appear in this exam to get admission in btech course.

Hello student I'm sorry to inform you but with this percentage In class 12 its not possible to get admission in NIT's as eligibility criteria says that.
Candidates must have passed class 12 with physics chemistry and mathematics with minimum 75 percent of marks or student must be in top 20 percentile from a recognized board.

If you want to appear in jee main April exam.
Application begins from 07th of February (released today) and shall remain open till 07th of March 2020.

112679 is the total number of candidates appeared in JEE main paper 2 January session
Her rank can be calculated as
(100-98.7)*112679/100=1464.

I don't think that doing masters at this age would be of any benefit. Even after doing your masters you are going to give your 2 years and after that your age will be an actor and you cannot start your career at the age better you can use your experience and get promotion by your work because degree wont help you at this age.

The other factors is that you need to give time to prepare for the exam at this is it is not very ideal age to prepare for competitive exam in also there is not any guarantee of success in the exam.

Looks a bit difficult. It will also depend on the branch you need or want to choose. For example branches like computer science and IT look difficult at 96 percentile but yoh may get some branches like mechanical or refining OR metallurgy etc.
