It would be difficult to tell you the exact as cutoff varies every year depending on the various factors  like No. of Applicant appeared for the exam, Difficulty level of the exam, Performance of the candidates etc. As per the previous year, The cutoff score of Round 3 was around 21.67 for M.Sc. Mathematics as OBC category.

With this marks your approximately rank will be around 20-25 thousand general and 2-3 thousand category.( Will vary depending upon exact conditions and statistics).

But with your category rank there may be chances that you my get CSE ; but don't depend upon this only have another option with you .

And this is a good score ; you will easily get a good college.

It would be difficult to tell you the exact about the admission possibilities as JEE Main is being conducted twice by NTA for the first time and NTA Scores for both of the attempts will be taken into consideration and the best of the two attempts will be considered for ranking purposes.

Based on your score your probable rank will be 28,069 - 32,069 and your probable category rank range will be 561 - 861. 

NOTE: The Overall Rank Predicted is on the basis of the expected total number of students i.e. 1152650 appearing in the JEE Mains 2019.

As per the previous year, The cutoff was around 1027 Closing rank (Home state)  for SC category CSE branch. You can also refer the previous year cutoff rank with the given below link.

Seats in the JEE Main exam has been reserved for EWS category for the first time therefore it would be difficult to tell you about your chances as  previous year cutoff of EWS category is not available.

It is difficult to predict the admission cutoff & admission possibilities as JEE Main Is being counducted twice by NTA for the first time.  Based on this score the chances seems less to get a seat in NITs, IIITs, GFTIs for the core branches as a General category.
