For Visvesvaraya NIT Nagpur:- The last year rank cutoff for ECE goes from 9235 to 11186.  So there are very no chance you get ECE in VNIT this year because you have rank 23575.

Your chances of getting a NIT is very much low with this much score of 80 percentile in your JEE mains examination. I will suggest you to take a year drop and clear the jee examination with a good rank next year to get a good college through JEE.
