Yes, sure you can take admission in this college If you have a rank below 45000 in JEE mains2018.

With a mark of 13, I don't think you'll get into VNIT. Any kind of reservation won't be of help, except PwD status. If you've that, you can get there.

Anything below 30k rank would suffice you to get mechanical branch in NIt and reputed colleges 

for General it would be more than 30k and less than 40k

Hi Aditya, VNIT Nagpur is the only one NIT in Maharashtra. their tuition fee is 82,000 and mess charge is 36,000 Rs.

Your admission will depend on your marks in JEE mains exam and also on the cut off released by the college/institute.

Your marks should meet the cut off required for the specific course in which you want to take admission.
