It is impossible for you to get CSE in COEP, Pune based on your percentile and what eventually be your rank.

In 2018, the cutoff for COEP for the open category after round 4 was-

CSE- 238 (Cutoff rank) and 174 (Cutoff score)

In 2017,

CSE- 143 (Cutoff rank) and 179 (Cutoff score)

For AISSMS, the cutoff in 2017 was-

CSE- around 100 marks were the cutoff
