Ambala College of Engineering and Applied Research, Ambala Facilities Details: Hostel, Campus, Infrastructure, Library, Canteen

The Ambala College of Engineering and Applied Research facilities comprise separate boys hostels. The boys’ hostels are built spaciously to provide residence to 250 male students. The hostel has 52 triple sharing and 94 single rooms for male students to stay in during the course of their study. The hostels are well-furnished and equipped with several amenities such as hot water facilities in winters, recreational rooms, medical care, mess, etc.

The ACE campus also has separate girls hostels that cater to the residential needs of 129 girls. The girls’ hostels are very accommodating with 25 triple seated rooms and 54 single seated rooms. The hostels are also equipped with several other facilities, such as playgrounds, recreational rooms, mess, etc.

The ACE medical facilities cater to the students’ medical emergencies and first aids on the campus.

The Ambala College of Engineering and Applied Research facilities also include the facility of a gym that serves the physical and fitness wellness of the students on the campus.

The central library at the institute of ACE, Ambala has a large collection of 25335 books for the students to gain knowledge. The library is also well-stocked with 44 national journals and 32 international print journals. Moreover, the library at the ACE has an online platform known as the DELNET (Development Library Network) that provides access to several e-books, and e-journals to the students of the ACE.

The Ambala College of Engineering and Applied Research facilities also includes facilities for sports. The campus has different playgrounds to play different forms of sports for the students.

The IT infrastructure of the ACE is up-to-date, and is regularly updated. The campus is well connected with high-speed internet and has functional computer labs.

The ACE facilities also comprise of the cafeteria that provides students with healthy and nutritional meals. The cafeteria also has a provision of packed fruit juices, ice creams, and other eatables for the students, staff, and faculty members.

Among the Ambala College of Engineering and Applied Research facilities are five auditoriums spaciously built on the campus. The auditoriums facilitate seating to 150-200 students in each. The auditoriums are used to conduct seminars, webinars, training sessions, conferences, etc.

The Ambala College of Engineering and Applied Research transportation facility comprises a fleet of 9 buses to transport students to and from the college across the parameters of Ambala city.
