Placements are a major part of Amrita. In here, if a student is well prepared, he cracks a job. Highest salary offered was 52 lakhs per year for CSE department. Average salary offered for ECE core jobs is 8 to 12 lakhs per year but if a ECE student wants a IT job, salary varies but a huge number of students get into IT jobs.
I feel like my college have good infrastructure and built the buildings such a way that, trees are not cut and planted more trees. All labs, sports centres and hostels are wifi supported and are well maintained.
I am studying in ECE because I was selected for this course through AEEE examination conducted by Amrita. The quality of teaching of good. Some teachers have good experience and reflect it with good classes but some can't do that and it makes the subject boring.
The quality of placements at my college are very good. Almost everyone gets selected for a job but few get into them and some choose higher studies and go into foreign countries using Dual degree program in Amrita. Average salary offered is 5 to 6 lakhs and highest is 50 lakhs.
AVV, coimbatore campus have all the necessary infrastructure, facilities and equipment. Classrooms are big and have projector and black board for classes and fans for air. Library have lots of books .
I consider my academics are average because in my view Lecturers should give full input to us like teaching whole syllabus but they only teach a few concepts and ask us to do self study. The curriculum is not updated.
The quality of placements at my college is very good. From my department, 17 to 20% get core jobs and others join in IT jobs and few choose higher studies. Average salary offered is 6 lakhs considering all jobs.

It's ok
Infrastructure in Amrita Coimbatore campus is old. The academic blocks were built in 2000's. Class rooms have projector and benches but not air conditioned. Every building is surrounded with greenery.
I wanted to study in CSE but I got ECE for my rank in the exam, so I joined this course. From my first year of college, the quality of teaching has been good. Only a few faculty knows what they teach but very few teach through ppt's completely.
The quality of placements at my college has been really good. Many companies come and hire young and contentful students for the job. average salary offered is 5 to 6 lakhs. We can get a job easily in Amrita if we work hard.
My college infrastructure is average. It has all the facilities and are provided to us. This amrita college let's us to lead a simple life with simple infrastructure. All classes have projector and wifi. Hostel wifi is poor and food is below average due to routine food and no non vegetarian food.
I'm studying in Amrita college as an electronics and communication engineer and right now I'm in 2nd year. Till now the faculty teaching is good and some lecturers are very good as they have lot of experience.

I joined in this college through management quota. The quality of teaching is good because faculty have almost 15 to 20 years of expertise in their field. The concepts they teach are sometimes good and sometimes it is hard to understand.
Amrita campus is famous for placements because companies recognise this campus students have good discipline and are well trained. The average salary offered is 4 to 5 lakhs for IT jobs and 8 lakhs for core company jobs of your department.

If you’re interested in ECE and if you have good basics in electronics you can sustain here if you don’t have any interest in ECE then it will be hell for you to complete this course, and don’t expect more cgpa form this college by comparing it to other colleges because other colleges will have different grade system that will be easy compared to this college

No it’s not valuable for money
You can enjoy youself here but the rules in campus here are strict if we compare to other college
