Will the cutoff for 3rd round changes after 2nd and 1st round

yes the cut off for 3rd round changes after the 1st and 2nd round , as the cut off get decrease in every round of cutr off. all the best have a great future ahead.

Fee for private seat in engineering

As per according to their fee structure on their website studying btech in this college will cost you a total amount of Rs 3 lakhs for 4 year( approx) but this amount doesn't include hostel or mess fee.

sir my rank in bcece is 600 (UR) and BC rank is 247 which college is better for CSE, BEC patna or Bhagalpur engineering.....

..
So decision is depends upon you...by the way both the colleges are reputant...so choose by your self...

last year rank required to take admission in this university was under 16000 for 2A categorY. So you need to have rank within this range to confirm your seat

College Infrastructure

College life is really fun. There are a lot of facilities provided by the college they provide Wi-Fi with high-speed internet. I mostly like labs that have aviation engines, parts, and bodies they are useful for studying. No, not have college hostel and canteen, but many PGs are available within walking distance of college.
