All the three colleges you have mentioned above are very good to choose CSE branch whether it be JNTU to Hyderabad for CBIT Hyderabad or even SRM University.

ALL THE THREE COLLEGES HAVE VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE IN PROVIDING PLACEMENTS GOOD INFRASTRUCTURE AND ECONOMICS IN COMPUTER SCIENCE ENGINEERING THEY HAVE VERY GOOD YEARS OF EXCELLENCE FROM THE PAST FEW YEARS AND ALMOST ARE IN THE TOP IN THEIR RESPECTIVE DOMAINS.

Now it is your desire to choose the college for computer science and engineering you may consider different aspects for choosing your college if you want a college with good placement and internship facilities u better go with SRM University.

Or if you are a student of the Telangana state or you have a good drawing that is below 10000 in EAMCET then you can get a free seat in Jain to you and CBIT colleges you need not to pay any college fee or tuition fee to the college management but you only need to pay hostel fee and some other feel like library fee or any other transport fee.

So if you are willing to have a free seat then you can choose gentube aur CBIT.

You may or may not get your desired branch in CBIT as you haven't mentioned your category (General/SC/ST/OBC). I think you can get admission in some branch but don't get your hopes high. The competition is stiff and the cut off varies every year due to variety of factors. If you belong to some categories your chances of getting admission are much more.
Don't get disheartened, go for the counseling session and see if you get your branch. If by any chance you don't get the branch then don't worry much. There are several good colleges in the country.
Also, don't compromise your desired branch over some college.

see based on careers360 rank predictor tool your estimated probable rank is 42966 - 48300 . see cutoff score varies every year and it depends on the determining factors like number of applicants for any particular session, students category, students domicile, choice of stream etc.

at this score you have fair chances for tier 1 institute. still jee main 3rd and 4th session exam to held and once the all results are declared NTA would release the rank list.

The admission to Engineering in Chaitanya Bharati Institute of Technology, Hyderabad is based on merit in TS EAMCET. You cannot get admission based on marks scored in Inter Public Examination. If you wish to get admission in CBIT then you need to appear for TS EAMCET and secure a decent rank. If you belong to general category you need to score minimum 90-110 marks or above in TS EAMCET. If you belong to BC/EWS category you need to score minimum 70-80 marks or above. If you belong to SC,ST category then you need to score minimum 60-70 marks or above to have decent chances of getting seat in CBIT, Hyderabad.

There are few seats reserved under category-B. The admission to category-B seats is based on merit in JEE Main. You can also apply for admission based on merit in JEE Main.

Every year the competition is increasing and the cutoff mark is also increasing. In 2019 the closing rank in chaitanya Bharat institute of technology for computer science is 20218 and for electrical and communication engineering is 20473

Now if you consider me to range them then I would say you should go for CBIT Hyderabad. CBIT has very good infrastructure which isn't unique among the three but the labs and libraries are better in CBIT. Also the faculties are active in research which is a great indication for any student interested in science and technology. The college offers good placement and the curriculum are well designed. According to me the sequence of preference can be:

1. CBIT HYDERABAD
2. LPU
3. SREENIDHI
