Hi nareshy . If you are not having home state quota then ut is highly difficult for you to get admission into any of this college as through jee mains scorecard they have only 15 percent of seats . And if you are frm home state there is high chances of your getting into some college you have mentioned above like its difficult for you to get any seat in Chaitanya bharathi institute of technology but you can get lower branch in vasavi and Vnr as forgeneral category in cbit it goes maximum low upto 63000 not lower than that . And for Cvr yess if you wait till spot round you might get seat in it .

Your rank in the OBC category list is very high. With this huge OBC category rank, you won't be able to get a seat in CBIT Hyderabad.
With such a huge rank it would be hard for you to get a seat in any government engineering colleges like NITs IIITs and GFTIs.

Considering 2019 cut off rank (TS EAMCET) you may have chances of getting seat in Production Engineering and Chemical Engineering, the cut off was rank 85858 and 26892 respectively for admission in Chaitanya Bharathi Institute of Technology, Hyderabad. Cut off is subjected to change, it may increase or decrease slightly depending on number of candidates appeared, difficulty of exam and number of seats available.

There is nothing such a donation after 12th.  You will get admission through counselling or on the basis of merit. Both are legal and merit based process.

if you take direct admission then donation may come into picture.

as mentioned college names, if you go through counselling process then there is no such provision. Your counselling fee will get transferred to your college after you accept the college option.

In the admission process, you have to pay 50% of the fee structure for 1st year in terms of surety that you are taking admission into the college. it will your regular degree fees.

CBIT offers seats through management quota, JEE Mains ranks and also through EAMCET ranks. If you have good marks in any of the two . You have fair chances to get in .  It depends on the branch you choose .

See chaitanya bharti institute of technology is one of the reputed institution in Hyderabad as well as through eamcet one need to score atleast 3k rank to get admission in it so you can see the importance of this institution as 95 percentile is not a par score as your all india rank will be low so you mught nit get the best branch like computer science in it but yes there is chance of your getting lower branch in chaitnya bharti institute of technology like biotechnology or production engineering .
