CMR Technical Campus has a boys hostel that accommodates 500 boys students. CMR Technical Campus hostel facilities are mineral water, laundry service, hot water, backup power, Wi-Fi, TV room, first-aid etc.

The college has a separate hostel for girls. All the necessary facilities are offered at the hostels.

CMR Technical Campus has a well-equipped gym. Students can join the gym to keep themselves fit.

 CMR Technical Campus library has a huge collection of books, national and international journals, magazines, newspapers to cater to students needs in the field of engineering and management. Books in the CMR Technical Campus library can be easily accessible through the use of the Online Public Access Catalogue (OPAC) with a fully automated bar code mechanism. The college has a digital library that provides access to e- books, journals, and e-content to students.

CMR Technical Campus offers sports facilities for students. The institute has an indoor sports complex. The main aim behind inaugurating an indoor sports complex was to align with the national programme for the development of sports, “KHELO INDIA”.

The College computer center is the central computing facility extended to all the faculty and students of the institute, apart from regular computer labs. There are two such centers with 100 computer systems each. This facility is also used to conduct Workshops, Seminars and online training classes. As part of research activities, these centers are extensively used by students for building of Apps, Projects and other Coding competitions.

CMR Technical Campus has a spacious cafeteria. Students are provided with a variety of food items at the college canteen.

CMR Technical Campus has a well-maintained auditorium with a seating capacity of 1200 people. The auditorium is fully air-conditioned and equipped with the latest audio and visual technology. CMR Technical Campus auditorium is used for hosting international/ national events, placement and training activities, award functions, motivational talks, cultural activities etc.

The college has a Wi-Fi facility for the students and staff. D-Link Wifi Router - 10 No's, Rack with 24 port D - Link 10/100/1000 Mbps Switches - 6 Noes.

The college has a departmental based laboratory facility for the students.

The Institute is tied up with HDFC Bank, Medchal Branch, Hyderabad for its financial transactions, and disbursement of salaries to its employees. For the convenience of the Staff and Students, an ATM is placed within the campus exclusively.

The college has Alumni members contribute to the various social service activities through SAHAJA, which is a non-profit organization which renders its service to orphanages, old age homes, etc. with the support of alumni and the public.

CMR Technical Campus has a tie-up with Malla Reddy hospital for free medical treatment and preliminary medicines. The institute has an ambulance for emergency cases.

The college has a well-furnished Guest House that is made available within the campus. This provision includes the Visitors’ Lounge, two Air-conditioned Rooms, a dining hall, and Pantry.
