College of Engineering, Muttathara (CEM), located in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, is a self-financed engineering college affiliated with AICTE. College of Engineering, Muttathara admissions are based on merit and conducted through the Kerala Engineering Architecture & Medical Examination (KEAM), organised by the Commissioner of Entrance Examination (CEE), Kerala.

The exam is conducted online and evaluates students in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. In addition to KEAM, B.Arch scores are also considered for certain programmes in College of Engineering, Muttathara.

Admissions for all B.Tech programmes are based on KEAM rank and follow the centralised allotment process. Each programme has an approved intake of 60 seats.
