DITM Sonipat placement cell has comfortable air-conditioned halls for group discussions and personal interviews and for conducting written tests. DITM Sonipat placement team runs some guiding, counselling and training programmes for the students to create academic excellence in them.

Students getting an offer letter from two or more recruiters will have to decide upon one before completing their program of study and inform the others accordingly through the Placement cell at DITM Sonipat.

DITM Sonipat Placement Process:

• Pre-Placement Talks: Companies that agree to recruit students from our institution send a team of some members to our campus for Pre Placement Talks. During these talks, students get a chance to interact freely with the panel which gives them a fair idea of the particular organization and its work culture. This helps them decide if they wish to apply for a job with it.

• Submission of Resume: Willing students then have to submit their resume either through the Placement committee or to the company directly as per its requirements.

• Shortlisting of candidates: Qualifying students are then shortlisted and the placement committee is informed accordingly.

• Campus Interview: A recruitment team then visits the institution for the final selection. For this they can hold written tests, group discussions, case studies or personal interviews. A list of the selected candidates is usually announced on the spot.
