You did not mention your category. So if you are a general category student then 88 percentile is not enough to qualify JEE Main. The expected cutoff this year is in between 90-95. And when you do not qualify JEE Main, then getting any of the NIT is not

The 11th std CET is been canceled and for admission in the poly technique colleges, you'll have to enroll based on the 10th std score.
