MANIPAL UNIVERSITY or MANIPAL INSTITUTE OF HIGHER EDUCATION is a private institute of eminence, approved by UGC and NAAC Accredited. The admission to the course of BPT is on the basis of MET score and the fees for the 4.5 years course is around Rs. 11 Lacs.
The seat matrix for the institute isn't available on the official website of the University as well. So the number of seats can't be said perfectly but as per some of the articles on internet, the seats are around 100 for the course of BPT.

Till now MCC has not released any notice regarding the initiation of refund of security deposit so you have to wait until the NCC releases any notification for the same. However MCC would soon initiate the refunds as instructed in the information bulletin the refund will be initiated once the counselling process gets concluded so now it is concluded and therefore now anytime refund might be initiated.

In order to get a seat under bsc agriculture in kcet you have to secure a minimum of 50% i.e, you must get 100 marks out of 200 in the entrance exam.
Furthermore, in order to get bsc agriculture seat through NEET, It will be 300+out of 450 for the general category candidates . Also, the candidates scoring 50% – 40% will have good chances of securing a seat in ICAR colleges.

Yes, Karnataka state board does offer improvement exams. You can apply for improvement exam in as many as subjects as they want. There is no limit on the number of subjects that you can apply for in improvement exam. There is a certain fee that needs to be paid for every subject. Mostly the fee is around Rs. 100 per subject. For all the subjects, the student has to submit a separate fee. The date sheet for improvement exams will be released during month of June or July.
