So with regard to your query, No it is not possible to do intermediate first year from one state and 2nd year in the other state. Also you have mentioned that she was doing her exams of 1st year. So it is not at all possible to join in the second year.

The following are the minimum Eligibility Criteria for Admission to BVSc:

The candidate must have completed the 12th grade with physics, chemistry, biology, the makers navigate, and English as required subjects.

In India, there are 47 BVSC colleges, including the Indian Veterinary Research Institute, the College of Veterinary and Animal Sciences, the West Bengal University of Animal and Fishery Sciences, and the CSKHPKV.

The BVSc course is ideal for candidates who consider themselves to be animal lovers and want to work or own an animal breeding and caring company, as well as pursue a career in animal husbandry.

According to the Veterinary Council of India's most recent guidelines, the BVSc course should last 5.5 years, divided into 10 semesters and one year of mandatory internship.
