In the states of Karnataka medical colleges one seat each is reserved for migrant Kashmiri students. Migrant Kashmir students who appeared for Neet ug exam has the requisite qualification as per norms of NTA and MCC and have secured at least 400 marks in Neet ug exam will be eligible for taking admission in Karnataka state MBBS colleges. This cut off marks vary from 400 to 450 according to the importance of the medical college in a state of Karnataka

So with regard to your query, NO, it is not possible to study 11th in one place and 12th in another place. That too doing 11th from one state and further 12th in another is not at all possible. The colleges won't provide you admission. Even colleges from the place won't allow you to do 11th and 12th in two different colleges, so in different place it is no at all available.

So with regard to your query, No not at all. You need not register for the KCET again. KCET is a state level examination, it has nothing to do with the MBBS course. However, after securing the rank you need to submit and verify the documents of you in the KEA.
KCET is a state level examination for the state level courses. Even to get MBBS course you should appear for the NEET exam.

Completion of Bsc 3 years cardiac Technology student can do the higher degrees like MSc cardiac Technology or M.sc in cardio vascular technology or cardiology. In cardiac Technology there is a subject of cardiac care techniques so after doing Bsc cardiac Technology candidate can do or pursue MSc in cardiac catherization. To get OBC certificate in Karnataka state .
Steps to apply for the OBC certificate online:
The user must visit the official website of Nadakacheri using this link www.nadakacheri.karnataka.gov.in (http://www.nadakacheri.karnataka.gov.in/) to apply for the Caste Certificate online.
you will se the online application box on the page then
1. Click on the Apply Online option in the portal.
2. The Log-in page will appear and then enter the registered Mobile number.
3. Click on Proceed button to enter Nadakacheri home page.
4. Select the New Request option in the menu bar and click on the Caste Certificates.
5. Now enter all the required details and the fields in red are mandatory.
6. Select the mode of delivery and then upload all the required documents.
7. Click on ‘Save’ button, and then an Acknowledgement number is displayed and the same is also sent to the user’s mobile. note the acknowlegnment number.
8. Click on the OK button.
9. Now click on ‘Online Payment’ option to pay the application fees.
10. Select the mode of payment and click the make payment option after filling the card details.
11. Now the Caste certificate will be received as per the issuing date from the concerned authority.
The final certificate will be provided on Nadakacheri after successful payment.
The fees for issuing the Caste Certificate through Nadakacheri is Rs.15 per certificate.
Documents required for OBC certificate:
As per Government of Karnataka official guidelines, it should be provided with in 21 days.
