Being a foreign MBBS student you cannot do pg in medicine or you cannot work as a doctor because according to UGC noms foreign medical graduate can not even take admission in pg education in medicine.A foreign medical graduate until or unless passed MCI screening test, can not get permission for either take education or work as a doctor in India.without passing the screen test a foreign medical graduate certificate is taken alike a piece of paper.

Yes definitely you can directly register for round 2nd even if you have not registered for round 1st NEET UG AIQ counselling conducted by MCC.

As per the counselling schedule available on the official website of MCC, the registration process for 2nd round will get started from February 16th 2022 and will continue till February 21st. if you are alloted a BDS seat in second round of ALL INDIA counselling and you donot want to take admission then your security money will be fortified for that round and you will have to register again in the mopup round for participation.

if you report to the college then you will not be able to further participate in next  round of counselling.

With reference to your above mentioned query, I would like to tell you that yes, you are still eligible for DU extended round or mop up round counselling even if you get seats in first or two round counselling in DU counselling.

However, you are advised to take the seats that you'll get in the first and second round counselling of DU as the extended round counselling and mop up rounds takes place only if there are vacant seats left in the counselling.

So, if you are getting seats in the first and second round, then take that.
