You will have to select the choice from 1-4 after the seat allotment is released. KEA has released Karnataka PGCET 2021 First Round seat allotment on January 18, 2022. They have to exercise the choice (choice-1, 2, 3, 4) from January 19 to 20, 2022. After exercising choice the candidates who have exercised choice 1 and choice 2 need to Pay the Fee and Download Admission Order from January 20 to 24, 2022 and report at the allotted institute on or before January 25, 2022. It is not mandatory that the candidates who have selected choice 1 and choice 2 to report at the allotted institute on the same day. After paying the fee from January 20 to 24, 2022 you can report at the allotted institute with requisite documents on or before January 25, 2022 as it is the last date to report at the allotted institute. So if you are allotted a seat and selected choice 1 or choice 2 you need to pay the fee, download the admission order and report at the allotted institute as per the schedule.

In the brochure released by MCC , in the FAQ section it has clearly mentioned that a candidate who wishes to participate in 2nd round will have to fill fresh choices of colleges that he wish to get into
During participation in round 2 and mop-up candidates are required to submit fresh choices online during the time the window is open for the same. Choices which were filled during 1st round of choice filling will be null & void
Q. No. 16: Do I have to fill in choice of College/Course to participate in second round of online allotment process?
Ans: Yes. All candidates who desire to take part in second round will have to submit fresh choices before second round.

yes there is document verification during all india counselling but that will be conducted when you report to the college alloted to you. You should report physically to the college which you have been alloted.
: Original documents (along with attested photocopies of documents) for admission to under- graduate medical/dental/nursing courses for admission to allotted college are required at the time of joining in allotted Medical / Dental College are as mentioned below.
I.Allotment Letter issued by MCC
II. Admit Cards of Exam issued by NTA.

Since you have got a great rank, you can get admission to both colleges. However, PGIMS is a better option any day. It has a NIRF ranking of 2, just after AIIMS Delhi. Though GMC Patiala is also good, PGIMS is top-notch with an extremely dedicated faculty, hospital patient flow and overall academics. Hence, I suggest you prefer PGI Rohtak over GMC, Patiala. Rest is your decision.

Yes, You can totally come back to India after completing your Masters and companies here will totally welcome you with open hands , you will find no difficulty getting a job here but salary part will surely be different from what you will be getting abroad but if you are getting a good job and salary and you family lives here you should definitely consider coming back to India.
