Hello,
The cut off is determined based on various factors such as total number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of examination and total number of seats available etc. Each institute has different cut off for each category. You can find the list of all the institutes and its cut off across all categories using the link below

Hey there,
Hope you are doing well and keeping good..
so heres the answer to your query...
I would like to say after analyzing your marks, what I would say is it is not enough to even get a semi government college with that marks. the probability of getting a good semi government college is very low. in rare chances even if you get it may not be of good colleges. So I would still suggest you to sit for the counselling and wait till the last round patiently and also fillup your choices wisely...
Hope you understood..
with best wishes

hello aspirant,
I hope that you are doing absolutely great.
With reference to your above mentioned query, I would like to tell you that with the above rank scored by you in NEET 2021, there is little chances for you to get a seat in any government medical colleges as the NEEt counselling is yet to begin and the cutoff varies every year there by making it difficult to predict precisely the list of colleges under any specific rank. The cutoff trends depends on the variety of factors including : number of aspirant appeared in examination, difficulty level of the paper, previous year cutoff trends etc.
Further, you can check the below link to check the neet cutoff articles for the present and the previous year :

Hello Student
Generally any Masters course is of two year which have 3 semesters and 1 internship . This phenomenon is accepted world wide and so in India so ,but certain countries in europe and certain states in America and Australia are offering an Mtech degree of 1 yr . The reason being that this courses are for people who have atleast an year or two years of experience within the same domain and have appropriate knowledge in the field so they are okay with one year master courses. In india though you have a bacholers degree and a job , there is no options for single year masters program but there are options like apprentinceship or distance learning.
