Hello aspirant. Since the number of students scoring above 600 have increased, it might be difficult for you to get admission in a government medical college or even a private/ deemed one despite having reservation. Out of 15 lakh candidates, only 6 lakh have qualified. With a rank of 11 lakh, unfortunately you have not been to qualify this year and cannot apply to any medical college. You can take drop and give NEET again next year if you are really passionate about doing this course. All the best!

Yes you can get a seat in private medical colleges as the cut off is slightly lower as compared to government colleges. You might not get unreserved seat with that score but you can always opt for management quota.
