As per your marks which is 530 in neet 2021 and considering you are aiming for government colleges but let me tell you the dynamics gets changed every year because it depends on certain factors.

But if you were to take my opinion I would  recommend you to kindly go for home state quota then you would stand fair chances of getting into government colleges. Although various factors are considered while deciding the cut offs like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.

But according to their guidelines, the refund is only given to those students who are not allotted any college based on their choices in any round, which they mentioned during choice filling step.

The chances for AIQ seats are low but there are some colleges you can try for in state quota seats. The AIQ cutoff for government colleges is more than 600 as for private AIQ is more than 500.You have slight chances in BDS private AIQ quota seats.
