National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the NEET 2021 reservation criteria through the brochure. As per the latest update on NEET-UG 2021 reservation criteria, the union government has decided to provide 27% reservation to Other Backward Class (OBC) and 10% reservation to Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) under the All India Quota (AIQ) scheme. Notice for the same has been provided below.

The decision on seat reservation of NEET 2021 will benefit nearly 1,500 OBC and 550 EWS candidates. Earlier the NEET-UG reservations for OBC and EWS were provided to central universities.

Aspirants must fulfill certain eligibility conditions to get admission to the BAMS course. Some basic BAMS eligibility criteria are mentioned below.
Candidates are required to pass Class 12 or equivalent examination with science subjects ( Physics, Chemistry, and Biology ) and English core in both Class 11 and 12 from a recognized board.
He/she should have completed the age of 17 years at the time of admission.
An aspirant from the general category needs to secure an aggregate of 50% in their Class 12 Board examination. While, for SC/ST/OBC candidates, the qualifying percentage is 40%
Candidates need to have qualified NEET by securing a minimum qualifying cutoff percentile to get admission in the BAMS course.
