With reference to your query,  I would glad inform you that registeration for karnataka state counselling has begun on 7th november and the last date to fill the registerartion form is around 12th november 2021 , so check once it portal is still open otherwise you have to appear in next year

2. Difficulty level of the exam.

3. Number of students appeared in the exam.

4. Caste Category of the students.

It is difficult to get Government seat for your NEET UG score, so you can try for Management quota seat in other states as well because in Delhi there are only few Colleges and chances of you getting seat are less.
