Hello Aspirant,
See it is quite difficult to help you with the exact list of colleges as the cut-offs keep on changing every year but yes we can provide you the list of colleges that you can get based on previous years cut-off data.
So according to the data, on such marks and category you have almost no chances either for any of the government medical colleges or for govt. seat in any of the private colleges because they have closing cut-offs above 480 in 2020 but you have good chances of getting private seats in some private medical colleges in Karnataka under state quota according to previous year's cut-off.
As we go through previous year's cut-off then it shows that you have chances in following colleges :-
Adichunchanagiri Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Centre, Bangalore
Dr Chandramma Dayananda Sagar Institute of Medical Education and Research, Hubli
Khaja Bandanawaz Institute of Medical Sciences, Gulbarga
You can check out previous year's cut-offs from the link given below :-

If we look at the previous year cut off of private colleges in Karnataka which have a yearly fee of around 10 lakh, they had a cut off of around 465 marks to 581 marks, for students domiciled in Karnataka (GMP seats)
MS Ramaih Medical College- 526
JJM Medical College- 498
Akash Institute of Medical Sciences, Bangalore- 470

National Caption Region Medical College, Meerut- 286
Sri Venkateshwara Medical College- 265

Hello aspirant,
Hope you are doing well
According to previous year's cut off trends it is really difficult to predict cut off for a particular course or college. Since you have not mentioned your category I consider that you belong to general category. For general category candidates are required to score 430-450+ for admission in BAMS in government colleges. With the marks you have mentioned above there are possibilities that you may get admission in Government College. You can also try in Private or Semi Government College through Government Quota, there you can expect many possibilities of your admission. I am mentioning few colleges in Karnataka you can try to get admission in :
Taranath Government Ayurvedic Medical College, Bellary
Ramakrishna Ayurvedic Medical college, Hospital and Research Centre, Banglore
Dhanvatari Ayurveda College, Hospital ans Research Centre, Siddapur
Government Ayurveda Medical college and Hospital, Mysore
