It is one of the best colleges in that area with NBA accreditation and has recently became autonomous.Good placements.NEN (National Entrepreneurship Network) helps the entrepreneur in you to develop.Good and helpful faculty.Well equipped labs. Great campus (big lawn in the center of the campus will be the main reason for selecting it.Cafeteria: very small cafe with limited varieties of food..Play area is very small compared to the other colleges)

Well, as I am a recent passed-out of that college I would like to state a few points. 1.It is one of the best colleges in that area with NBA accreditation and has recently became autonomous. 2.placements : good 3.NEN (National Entrepreneurship Network)helpsthe entrepreneur in you to develop. 4.Good and helpful faculty. 5.Well equipped labs.6.Great campus (big lawn in the center of the campus will be the main reason for selecting it) 7.Very good library (with limited copies of academic books :P) 8.Lot’s of cultural and educational events like Alphamatica, Vibgyor, VIBES, Bhaswara, traditional days, colors day… lots of them to enjoy! :) 9.Cafeteria: very small cafe with limited varieties of food. 10.Play area is very small compared to the other colleges. You’ll surely find that fun and studies going hand in hand at GCET.! :)

Starting of with Infrastructure, The Greenery and neatness they maintain is only superficial. The Infrastructure here is top notch, but the experiences here are too bad. Faculty has been evolving over the year. They have been recruiting good faculty who have domain knowledge. The Placements and training are to be improved. The placement department believes in killing the competition rather than improving the skills. They dont bother about the skill set and the development which has to be taken care There are some. policies which are not favorable to students and the chance of getting more than 1 job is very much less because once placed On Campus you are restricted from other campus( Can attend Pool and off campus) The power given to wrong people who keep frisking us for unnecessary reasons is the thing which they have to take care

It’s definitely one of the good colleges if not one among the best. It’s not good as any IIT or NIT but good among the private colleges. The infrastructure of the college is very developed. The campus surroundings are quite and healthy which is helpful for studies. It has a lush green campus. It has been the shooting spot for many films. There are some departments under development to accommodate a large number of students. The classrooms are well constructed with ventilation. It has well-equipped laboratories. It has a well-organized library with easy book search and reading facility. The faculty here is good and supportive. The college provides a great platform to enhance your confidence and talent. Many events (both technical and cultural) which are held here give a platform to showcase talents. The campus is ragging free. It is also located at a place where transport facility is easily available.

The college is located at a good location near Cheeryal village. The ambience is great and all the buildings and is well maintained. The education facilities have its ups and downs. Canteen is one of the best parts of the college. A good place to grow.

I started my B.Tech in IT in the year 2008 at Geethanjali Group of Institutions. It was at right at the time of the recession and the civil unrest due to Telangana State formation. The first year went well with good teaching and assurances of on campus placement process. The next three years saw a dwindling number of faculty in the time period from 2009 to 2012. After reaching the pivotal 3rd year 2nd semester, the placement drives began. Most of the organizations for IT were Tech Support which I wasn't interested in. A few students made it into the organizations. There were also some startups and and a few obscure companies. I made it into one such blimp on the map only to find out it was a fake offer. Never the less, my college did contact me 6 months later to schedule an interview with a startup. However, I had already secured a job offer from an off campus drive in Chennai so I decided to let the start up go. The college was starting construction of a residential complex by 2012 and I expect it is complete and functional now. The faculty support was nothing spectacular unless you had a huge drive to get things done. Infrastructure was good without any lift facilities for physically disabled. The recreational facilities were good with a sports room, football, volley ball, etc. Over all my 4 years in the college left me with ambiguous feelings and a cautious outlook towards job prospects.
