Government College of Engineering and Research, Pune Facilities Details: Hostel, Campus, Infrastructure, Library, Canteen

The college campus has an intake of students for all four years. Each hostel structure is three thousand two hundred square metres in size, with forty-eight dormitories spread across four storeys, two recreation halls, a waiting area on each floor, and ample space for studying.

The college has a Girls' Hostel Office, a girls' facility that provides good hostel accommodation for the students. With forty-eight dorms spaced over 4 stories, 2 entertainment halls, a waiting area on each floor, and plenty of study space, each hostel building is 3200 square metres in size.

The college Library is available to all its students. It is a crucial component of the administrative building and occupies two hundred and fifty square feet, featuring reading rooms and a separate area for publications and magazines.

The college has sports facilities for all students, and students can use the sports facilities and other facilities too. Sports equipped with the following features: Five passes for cricket, box cricket, kho-kho, volleyball, badminton, carom, and table tennis.

The college's Workshop Department was started independently in the 2010-11 semester. Under the visionary leadership of Principal Prof. S.V. Joshi and the Departmental Head, Shri.Alokkumar A.Uplap, Asstt.Professor, Mechanical Engineering, Workshop Department, has emerged as the powerhouse to enhance the practical and technical skills of budding technocrats.
