GECA Aurangabad Facilities Details: Hostel, Campus, Infrastructure, Library, Canteen

GECA Aurangabad facilities include separate hostels for boys on the college campus. Hostel facilities include canteen, mess, internet, solar water system, water purifier system, health care unit, CCTV, cleaning facility. Daily newspaper and monthly magazine, TV facility is provided to the students in the hostels. The hostel has a guest house for parents, guests, and officials. On a contractual basis, all hostels receive housing keeping and 24-hour security. Students have access to the internet via LAN and Wi-Fi at no additional cost. On a contractual basis, an in-house mess facility is available at a minimum rate.

Students in the hostels have access to a daily newspaper and a monthly magazine, as well as television. There is a guest house at the hostel for parents, guests, and officials. An in-house mess facility is available on a contractual basis at a low cost.

The college has a well-equipped library with a wide range of services and resources. Numerous research papers, journals (online/printed), periodicals, and other materials have been added to the library. The library resources are easily accessible to both students and teachers. The library houses a diverse collection of international papers, magazines, and theses that can assist students with their assignments, research, or project tasks. Students have access to resources such as a book bank, book issue, digital library, and e-resources. There are only a few computers available for accessing e-resources. There are daily newspapers available. Reading rooms, the latest technical magazines, and e-resources are available for students' self-learning. The National Digital Library includes e-resources, open access journals, handbooks, reference books, and Indian and international standards. NPTEL provides coursework in the form of video lectures for a variety of courses. The library has high-speed internet access, with approximately 07 dedicated computers connected via server for digital library access.

GECA Aurangabad facilities include well-equipped IT infrastructure on the college campus for students. GECA Aurangabad labs are outfitted with the latest computer technology. Multimedia Pentium II/III computers with colour monitors are available in a lab. Colour ink-jet printers, laser printers, and scanners are also available.

GECA Aurangabad has a canteen for students and staff members. It provides them with food at a reasonable price.

The entire college is Wi-Fi enabled. Students have access to the internet via LAN and Wi-Fi at no additional cost.

GECA Aurangabad has different laboratories based on the courses they offer. Students can use these labs to gain hands-on experience with the course.

GECA Aurangabad has various sports facilities on the campus for students. A cricket ground,  courts for basketball, volleyball, kabaddi, kho-kho and a badminton hall is also available in the college.
