GEC Barton Hill Admission Process

GEC Barton Hill offers admissions for undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. GEC admissions to the B.Tech programme are based on KEAM test scores whereas GATE exam scores are required for GEC M.Tech admission. GEC Barton Hill admissions to all the seats are based on the Entrance Examination Conducted by the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations, Government of Kerala which ensures only meritorious students join the institution.

GEC Barton Hill PG admissions are done through the Centralised Admission Process by the Directorate of Technical Education. The candidates who meet the admission criteria can proceed with the application process of the GEC Barton Hill which is given below.

GEC Barton Hill Application Process 2024

Candidates should visit the official website to fill in the online application form.
Provide all the necessary details like academic and personal information and upload all the documents in the original format. (Note: Candidates must provide a valid email ID and active mobile number).
Pay the application fee (non-refundable) of Rs 500 (Rs 250 for SC/ST candidates) and submit the form.
Take the printout of the fee receipt and application form for future reference.

The results will be declared and the merit list will be published based on the scores.

GEC Barton Hill offer the finest quality education. It has also other extra curricular activities for overall developement of students, Especially technical socities , NSS, and various cultural clubs.

Overall the college is better college under govt of kerala

I'm currently pursuing civil engineering. Teaching quality is good. The curriculum is not career oriented. The curriculum does not include the recent developments in the field. The professors are resourceful and they teach well.

Academics is pretty good and teachers are very much supportive in all your initiatives and studies. The teachers are also well qualified and has a lot of experience in guiding students. The curriculum followed is that of Kerala Technological University. The teachers notes are also at par with the GATE notes standard.

College of Engineering is the first engineering college in Kerala it is rated with AAAA(very Good)
Government Engineering college,Baraton Hill is rated as AAA+(Good)

Since you cant avail reservation you are at disadvantage. The previous cutoffs for all major branches range between 2000 and 7000 for the general category.

You can only get information technology at bartonhill.
