Academics
I'm studying mechanical engineering and studies and teaching is going well. And our teachers are well experienced and qualified. In our college conducted lots engineering workshops other than syllabus it's includes all the recent developments. What you studie in the syllabus only doesn't makes you job ready .
College Infra
In our college we have two main block, main block consists of a main office and library and several classrooms,in second block consists of classes and faculty rooms. We have good canteen and store and amenities block and a good ground and a decent gym. We have good college hostel for both boys and girls. We have three other block consists of well equipped laboratories. Wifi is available in every block.the living space very calm and clean and we get decent food.
Campus Life
This college is located in near mananthavadi wayanad, Kerala and its a hill top so the transportation is not good because there is no train service or airport. But the weather and Ambience in this college was amazing it's very comfortable for studies. The best thing is this is a ragging free campus senior's are very friendly. in our college there is lots of clubs like IEEE and ISTE, Robotics club.....the club activities and workshops helps to ready for job's and improve your social interaction. All over my campus life is absolutely good.
Placements
Currently I'm studying in this college so I don't know so much about placement. But in our college currently giving placements for computer science and electrical and electronics and mechanical based jobs. in our college all courses are accredited except civil, i hope we get more job opportunities from this college.
Value For Money
Courses fees is around 10000 per year and including hostel fee and examination fee it almost less than 20000. With this affordable fee structure they give us good facilities and good classes. All over this college is value for money for an engineering student.

Academics
I am a student in the ECE dept. Teaching quality is good. The KTU curriculum is being followed. The results are not that good. Teachers are pretty good and talented. Many new permanent teachers and staffs joined in this academic year.
College Infra
Yes the college has all the basic infrastructure and facilities except a college auditorium. T here is no auditorium but only an open stage which is left unused. Classrooms are good and equipped with projectors and some classes have smartboards. But there is no proper maintenance done. There is college wifi which is only accessible to the students who register their laptops at the office which is also available at the campus hostels. There are 2 ladies hostels and one men's hostel in the campus
Campus Life
The campus life is fun if you find great friends. The campus is very green an ecofriendly with the excellent cold wayanad climate. The area is perfect for weekend trekking . Its not a town area
Placements
There are no campus placements. Students usually go to placement drives in other colleges as there are rarely campus placements. Placement rate is low. But it is sure to improve in the coming academic years
Value For Money
The fees is as per the KTU guidelines since it is a pure govt college

Academics
Am studying for the bachelor of technology for the computer science engineering course. This is my first year in this college, I feel good being with the new faculty members here. They are quite serious during the class hours but are good at interacting when we meet them casually. The teaching and learning process here are quite smooth. As this is a government college professors never take much efforts but students are capable of taking effort for the academic progress.
College Infra
well, Its quite pleasing with the infrastructure facilities provided by the management. Similar process have been initiated in bulding a new laboratory complex for more updated facilities included. Well there is also progression in the construction of 2 new basketball court in the campus. Overall the infrastructure is good
Campus Life
Since the fees in the college is very low, we do not have to worry about the tuition fee. The hostel fees is to be paid from our hand. The rest are funded by the government. Moreover there are also scholarships at different levels of talents and family income basis too. There are also different clubs in the college which are related to the academic purpose as well as for the enjoy purpose. They are the major reasons for the our excellent college life.
Placements
In terms of placements, My course is splendid as i hear from the mouth of seniours and the passed out alumni relatives. This is one of the reason which lead me to take this course from this district, whereas my home is at thrissur. We have an enthusiastic team for the placement cell which includes alumni members where they are the core reason for the reach of new companies to the college.
Value For Money
We barely need to pay a fees of 15000 per annum for the tuition fees in the college and scholarship is also available for them who below to the bpl category and whose annual family income is less than 5 lakhs and 1 lakhs respectively. The hosel fees is to be paid from our hand if we are looking rooms outside. The academics are fine in the colllege. Well I could assure that I will miss this college when i go home.

Sir/Madam,
I have got 65 marks only in JEE main exam and I belong to OBC-NCL category. Can I get admission in any Govt engineering college
It depends upon the JEE Main and JEE Advance cut offs, If You manage to qualify the exam by achieving the cut off, You can apply for JOSAA Counselling. It should be noted the cut off for EWS/SC/ST/FEMALES/OBC category is lower than the general category
If you manage to qualify JEE Main Cutoff, You would be eligible for JEE Advance which is the intake exam for IITs as mentioned above.
However It is usually advised to fill the choices as per the preference of colleges and departments, for example CSE in NIT Trichy is your priority followed by CSE in NIT Warangal, you can fill CSE at NIT Trichy at serial number 1 and CSE at NIT Warangal at serial number 2 and so on and so forth. However to get any NIT, you must have qualified JEE Mains and to get any IIT, you must have qualifies JEE Advanced
But the previous cut offs of colleges should be taken in consideration, it is better to research over the cut off of colleges then make a preference list of colleges and fill accordingly

Hi Candidate,
You have been allotted a seat in the Government Funded Technical Institutions (GFTIs) at Raichur, so you might have got it from the JoSAA Counseling Process which is the official Seat Allotment Commitee for admission into the IIITs, IITs, NITs, and the GFTIs too.
So, if you are not interested in the current college alloted to you in the counselling rounds, you can either choose to Slide or Float your seat so that you get an opportunity to get another seat in the further Rounds.
