If you haven't filled up the online form , then you cannot take admission in the university. You must go forward with any other college or wait till the next year.

The cutoff list isn't out yet so we can't be absolutely sure about it but if we look at previous year cutoff records you need a rank below 120k to get this college however you might get admission but getting mechanical branch could be difficult for you though you can get it if there'll be availability of seats
