If you haven't filled up the online form , then you cannot take admission in the university. You must go forward with any other college or wait till the next year.

don't worry your marks is very good and according to last year cut-off your marks is good enough for getting admission in GNDU.so, you will get admission in it.you can also go for direct counseeling your chances are more for that.

go to college if u dont have entrance examination result , for management seat , if u have score apply for counselling accordingly

Yes you can take admission in gndu for cse branch. Rank below 1,50,000 in jee main can get admission for cse in gndu.
